Our SaaS solution is trusted by renowned real estate investors, available in 15+ countries, and used over 650+ buildings with 100.000+ users. Our product development team - comprising in-house Web, iOS, Android developers, and designers - collaboratively researches, designs, builds, and optimizes our multi-platform solution, supporting 50+ white label applications.
We’re looking for a hands-on Product Owner who’s passionate about turning great ideas into real, impactful features. You’ll be the go-to person for managing our product backlog, creating requirements, and leading testing to ensure high quality releases. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will work closely with our development and design teams to translate user needs into actionable product improvements to align with our business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product backlog: gather stakeholder inputs, write user stories, and define requirements
- Ensure features meet acceptance criteria by leading testing and overseeing scoped launches
- Drive backlog refinement by prioritizing user feedback
- Lead research projects to understand user pain points and needs
- Collaborate with product marketing to prepare and share release notes
- Analyze data and provide insights to inform product decisions and strategy
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or a comparable role in SaaS, working closely with development teams
- Strong track record of crafting clear requirements and well-defined user stories
- Hands-on experience with testing and quality assurance processes
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Data-driven mindset, skilled in interpreting key metrics
- Experience working on both web and mobile applications
