What will you be doing?

As an online marketeer, you will be part of our growth marketing team, you will be joined at the hip to the product marketeer and work closely with the content marketeer, graphic designer and field marketer intern. Together we will do great things, run beautiful and high-converting campaigns for social, online and offline and put our ABM strategy into practice. The holy grail for our team is to generate revenue. We don’t seek impressions or traffic, but the real deal 💰! But that is totally fine because you know exactly which strings to pull to make our prospects convert. The sales team is our biggest friend, we fire up their pipeline and push deals through the funnel through smart and nurturing campaigns. You love to analyse results, tweak campaigns, give valuable feedback about our lead magnets and keep inventing new ones.

Does this description sound very much like you?

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business.
  • You have +3 years experience working in marketing.
  • You have experience in B2B sales while having worked as an SDR/BDR.
  • You have demonstrable experience in doing online marketing: Account-based-marketing, social media marketing (paid and non-paid LinkedIn), email marketing, retargeting marketing, SEO, SEA and CRO (if you tick most of them ‘awesome’ if you tick all of them, ‘can you start tomorrow?’ 😉).
  • You are a data-driven person, to whom A/B testing has become second nature
  • Speaking Dutch would be a huge plus, as well as any other languages
  • Having experience with Hubspot Marketing Hub is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • You are an energetic person with a can-do mentality and a growth mindset.

Practicalities 🕗

  • You will work from our HQ in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, but with the flexibility to work remotely when needed.
