What is your impact?
Chainels has already gained a significant presence across multiple countries, with premium brands in the Real Estate sectors including CBRE, Cushman and Wakefield, Klepierre, EPP and Atrium European Real estate trusting our solution. You will manage an existing team of 5 Account Execs and Business Development Managers with an immediate requirement to hire another 10+ team members over the next 12 months. You will have responsibility for hiring, onboarding, training, and developing your sales team. With this in mind, you will need to be an excellent coach. You will report directly to the CEO/COO and work closely to refine and improve the sales strategy to hit the growth goals of the business. The Head of Sales can also expect to be very client-facing, attending plenty of events and conferences and being the face of the sales team, as well as managing your own pipeline and closing deals. In short, we are looking for a rock star who can lead the team to significantly drive client acquisition and ARR. This role requires a hands-on, get-things-done mentality. You are a self-starter who is performance-driven and takes ownership of everything you do. You communicate proactively with internal colleagues and clients alike, and your drive is infectious.
