As Chainels expands its footprint in Europe, we are looking for a Polish speaking Customer Success Manager to complete our Customer Success team. With a focus on the Polish market, you will strengthen and grow our client base while nurturing relationships with existing ones.
You will be part of the Customer Success team, and responsible for our current and future Polish speaking customers. In this role, you’ll cover a broad spectrum of tasks, and will have the opportunity to acquire and develop a diverse skill set.
You’ll be the single point of contact for onboarding of new clients – and responsible for managing the process. You’ll also be responsible for growing adoption of the product amongst existing clients to ensure successful renewals. Furthermore, the role may include translating of documents such as outreach, communications and contracts as well as answering support tickets.
