Its namesake product, Chainels, is a tenant experience app, available for iOS, Android and on the web.

It’s a platform that connects landlords and tenants, turning any multi-occupier building or district into a thriving community.

As Chainels expands its footprint in Europe, we are looking for a multilingual Customer Success Manager to complete our Customer Success team. You will strengthen and grow our client base while nurturing relationships with existing ones.

Your impact

You will be part of the Customer Success team, and responsible for our current and future customers, depending on your language skills. In this role, you’ll cover a broad spectrum of tasks, and will have the opportunity to acquire and develop a diverse skill set.

You’ll be the single point of contact for onboarding of new clients – and responsible for managing the process. You’ll also be responsible for growing adoption of the product amongst existing clients to ensure successful renewals. Furthermore, the role may include translating of documents such as outreach, communications and contracts as well as answering support tickets.

As Chainels’ Customer Success Manager you will:

  • Make sure clients are properly introduced to the product and all its functionalities.
  • Work closely with clients and colleagues to ensure the clients reach their goals.
  • Achieve contract expansion by demonstrating added value to our customer’s experience.
  • Provide presentations, workshops and Q&A sessions to ensure client success.
  • Report feedback you receive from clients and keep them updated about our product development roadmap.
  • Offer consistent customer service and experience, assisting clients via calls, emails or online help centres.
  • Act as a ‘safety net’ for our clients.
  • Identify commercial opportunities.
  • Work on internal customer success projects to enhance our ways of working.

About you…

  • Motivated, detail-oriented, proactive and resourceful.
  • Diligent with highly sensitive information.
  • Good presentation, representation and communication skills.
  • 1+ year of proven experience related to customer success and/or project management.
  • Fluency in German/ Dutch/ French/ Spanish/ Polish and/or any additional European language
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills
  • Affinity with SaaS solutions and/or proptech innovation
  • You are a tech savvy or you are willing to learn technical aspects of customer onboarding
