As our European customer base continues to expand rapidly, we’re looking for an Account Manager Real Estate to strengthen our Go-to-Market Team. In this role, you’ll unlock customer value, increase recurring revenue, and build long-term partnerships with enterprise and mid-market clients across EMEA.
Manage a portfolio of ~15 enterprise accounts and ~15 mid-market customers.
Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact, with a high-touch approach that drives retention, adoption, and expansion.
Lead the full renewal cycle: prepare tailored offers, negotiate pricing, and document insights that inform growth decisions.
Develop creative, customer-centric solutions that balance client needs with Chainels’ long-term goals.
Spot upsell potential proactively and create awareness around new features and modules.
Deliver engaging demos and value-driven proposals to key stakeholders.
Translate complex solutions into clear, compelling stories that resonate with customer objectives.
Identify early signs of churn or downgrades and take action to re-engage customers.
Manage escalations with a solution-oriented mindset and ensure clear communication throughout.
Collaborate with the implementation manager and participate in on-site onboarding activations.
3+ years of experience in Account Management, partnerships, or sales within a B2B environment.
A completed degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch (full professional proficiency) and English (C1)
Strong affinity with the real estate industry and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to build trust, manage complexity, and influence stakeholders at various levels.
